The panel will give you their views of the year ahead and outline their priorities for their members, how they will bring to bear their influence on government in an election year and how they seek to shape the housing industry for their members and homeowners.

The session will be moderated by Simon Jack, BBC Business editor, with Q&A to follow.

The focus of the conference this year is on practical advice and to give agents a realistic and clear view of the current and future trajectory of the housing market. It will be a packed agenda of expert speakers giving presentations on surviving and thriving in difficult economic conditions.
