There is a £250+VAT fee to enter the Awards for suppliers to estate and letting agencies – but don’t worry, you can redeem the cost in a host of ways if you're engaging with us and benefiting from all the awards programme and event has to offer:

1) All suppliers who enter The Negotiator Awards will qualify for a free half page advertisement in The Negotiator Magazine, ratecard value £800, or a £450 discount on a booking for an emailshot to The Negotiator database (ratecard value £950). 

2) The £250 entry fee can also be credited against a stand booking or sponsorship at The Negotiator Conference & Expo or The Negotiator Awards, taking place on 24th November.

3) The fee can also be credited against a third ticket bought to attend The Negotiator Awards on 24th November.

We hope suppliers will appreciate the value and promotional benefit they can gain from entering and being Shortlisted for one of the five awards for suppliers to agency, which in itself is a strong endorsement and advertisement for your business.

There is no charge to use The Negotiator Awards 2023 branding in promotional material for Shortlisted, Bronze, Silver or Gold winners.

The 5 categories you can choose from are:

Professional Support
Open to companies providing, for example: legal services, financial, management consulting, mortgages, conveyancing, insurance, deposit protection, ombudsman services, dispute resolution etc.

Agency software
Open to companies providing full agency management CRM software platforms (SaaS) – lettings, sales or both). As distinct as distinct from apps and plugins.

Entrants should demonstrate user-friendliness, scalability, flexibility, cost-effectiveness and quality of support. The entry should be supported by five testimonials from agent clients.

Apps
Open to tech companies creating apps and plug-ins to add to an agency’s CRM software systems, or to function independently, to address and improve particular processes and functions in residential sales and lettings.

Products and Services (Marketing)
Open to companies providing, for example: shopfitting, signage, homestaging, print and design, digital and traditional marketing services and consultancy, PR services, portal marketing, photography, virtual viewings, auctioneering, lead generation etc.

Products and Services (Business)
Open to companies providing, for example: referencing, insurance, telephony, lettings management services, anti-money laundering, utilities management, recruitment, etc.
