Is your agency ready to shine among the best in the industry? The Negotiator Awards 2023 is calling all estate and letting agencies to showcase their outstanding achievements and be recognized as leaders in the field.

With a range of categories tailored to agencies of different sizes, there's a perfect category for you to enter.

Does your agency have more than 100 employees? Then you're in our Large Agency of the Year category, sales or lettings – or both, you choose.

Does your agency have between 16 and 100 employees? Then you're in our Medium Agency of the Year categories.

Fewer than 16 staff? Then you're in our Small Agency category, but with as big a chance to win as anyone.

There are 34 categories, and agents can enter up to four. Submit your entries via our online platform, create a new account or log back in to your account here . You can save your entry as you are going along, so no need to try and complete it all at once.

You need to act quickly though as time is ticking – entry is open until 31st July – so get started today.
