This will be the first of three panel debates during the day, each punctuated with keynote speakers.

Mortgage interest rates, energy costs, inflation… These three factors are bearing down on the housing market. As yet, little is being felt, but as we enter what bodes to be the hardest winter the UK has faced since the 1970s, the outlook for 2023 and beyond is definitely one thing: uncertain.

This session will bring together leaders in the industry who have experienced past ups and down and crashes in the housing market and expert economists.

They bring their combined experience and expert knowledge to the panel to offer agents a clear view of how the UK economic conditions will impact the housing market and their businesses.
