Does your agency have between 16 and 100 employees? Then you're in our Medium Agency of the Year categories.
Fewer than 16 staff? Then you're in our Small Agency category, but with as bigger chance to win as anyone.
There are 33 categories, and agents can enter up to four – and it is FREE TO ENTER, no catches.
Categories include national and regional awards, best website, best marketing campaign, community champion, property manager and 'rising star' of residential agency. And industry suppliers have their own categories too.

You have until midnight 31st July 2022 to submit your entry and you can update your entry right up until that date. If you need more time, email

The Awards presentation ceremony will take place at a lavish black tie gala ball, held at Grosvenor House, Park London on 25th November 2022.
