The Negotiator Awards announces a new set of National and Regional awards for estate and letting agents, as part of the leading annual awards programme – is your branch on the shortlist?
The Negotiator Customer Service Awards powered by View Agents combines customer star-rated reviews from all the leading review platforms – Google, Trustpilot, Feefo, Facebook, Apple and Yell and analyses review sentiment, creating a comprehensive score that reflects real customer feedback and satisfaction.
Format for the Awards
Top 20 branches in each region will be shortlisted, with all receiving accolades.
The top 10 will receive special recognition.
The top 3 in each region will earn Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards.
The 12 regional Gold winners will then move on to the national stage, where the National Customer Service Champions will be revealed at The Negotiator Awards ceremony, and one will be crowned the National Champion!
All 12 regional champions will be presented with trophies at The Negotiator Awards this year, before an audience of the UK’s leading agents and industry suppliers.
This is a truly open and inclusive awards programme and judged by the public.
There are no fees to be nominated or for using success badges and trophies—it’s all about celebrating the best in the business, free from commercial ties.
The Regional and National winners will be revealed at The Negotiator Awards, the lavish black-tie gala taking place at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London on 29th November 2024.
